About the Founder

Candice Mendez is the Founder, Chief Development Officer, and Principal Product Architect of LAMBSBREAD. She holds an interdisciplinary background in architecture and biotechnology, which informs a systems-oriented approach to design integrating structural thinking, scientific data, and applied research. In her current role, Ms. Mendez leads the design and development of solutions platforms and research-driven assets with an emphasis on durable, adaptable systems.
